Design an NPC trainer!
Design an NPC, Name the Character, List the Pokemon, and decide their persona! The Rules for making a character applies still so no Legendary Pokemon Team D: Cause that's like Haxor.
Only 10 will be Selected at the Time, You may submit as many entries as you want!
Winner will get a Cruddy Digital Painting from ~Lilblkrose Since she has no Money and Brains to do anything else..
